Today, March 30, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced in several regions of Ukraine.

This was reported by the media with reference to JSC SUMYOBLENERGO, DTEK and the head of the Poltava Regional Administration, Philip Pronin .

At the direction of NEC Ukrenergo, in connection with the attack by the Russian military on the energy sector of Ukraine, emergency shutdown schedules have been introduced in the Sumy region.

The situation is the same in the Donetsk region.

“Due to enemy shelling, by order of NEC Ukrenergo, stabilization shutdowns are beginning to be applied in the Donetsk region,” DTEK reported.

In addition, today, across the entire territory of the Kirovohrad region, by order of NEC Ukrenergo, emergency power supply shutdown schedules have also been introduced.

The head of the Poltava Regional Administration, in turn, said that emergency power outage schedules will also work in the region today.

“In the region, emergency power outage schedules have been applied again. The reason is a shortage of generation,” Pronin said.

According to DTEK, the Dnipropetrovsk region also switched to emergency shutdowns

“Due to the consequences of shelling in the Dnipropetrovsk region, emergency shutdowns are being forced by order of NEC Ukrenergo. Energy workers are making every possible effort to stabilize the situation as quickly as possible,” DTEK said.
