OPFL MP Ihor Kisilyov uses his mother-in-law’s elite apartment

MP Ihor Kisilyov declared the use of a 350 sq m apartment in the luxury residential complex Diamond Hill in the centre of Kyiv. The apartment was previously purchased by his 68-year-old mother-in-law, but in February, journalists showed a car used by the MP leaving the complex.

Kisilyov, who was elected to parliament from the now-banned OPFL party, showed the luxury apartment in his new declaration after the investigation was published. The document says that the MP has been using the apartment, which is more than 350 square metres in size, since April 2023. It is registered to Tamara Klimova, who, according to social media, is the mother of the MP’s wife.

The cost of such an apartment, depending on the renovation, now ranges from 2 to 5 million dollars. At the same time, its owner Tamara Klimova now officially does not have any business. Back in February, Bihus.Info journalists recorded how a Mercedes, registered to Kisilyov’s wife, was leaving the closed territory of this residential complex. The people’s deputy himself uses this car: at the end of 2023, investigative journalists from the Schemes project recorded Kisilev driving it to the Verkhovna Rada.
