Zelenskyy commented on the adoption of changes on mobilization in Ukraine: “We are at war”
The new bill on mobilization in Ukraine was created at the request of the military leadership of the Armed Forces. That is why changes in mobilization norms should help the command of Ukrainian defenders, says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“We have a war and martial law. With the introduction of martial law, mobilization is being introduced, this is nothing new. There are a lot of manipulations and Russian narratives to disrupt mobilization,” Zelenskyy noted.
“As for the law adopted this morning. It was voted at the request of the military leadership. There is increased control over evasion. Any person who, without this law, violated the legislation on mobilization, he already violated certain legislation,” he added. the president.
Zelenskyy also clarified that the new law “fixes some changes in relation to norms that will help the military leadership, as well as important issues of supporting troops, leave, improving rotation, etc.”
