Ukrainian Armed Forces strike at the airfield in Dzhankoy: Media publish satellite images

Ukrainian media published satellite images of the consequences of an attack by MGM-140 ATACMS missiles on the Dzhankoy airfield in Crimea on the night of April 17.

The images show traces of fires from the arrival of cluster submunitions in many places at the air base, including the area around the ammunition depot, air defense positions and aircraft parking areas. However, no damaged aircraft are visible at the airfield.

Russian publics report that the aircraft were withdrawn from the airfield in advance and were not damaged by the strike: there are no destroyed or damaged aircraft in the parking areas, as well as traces of fires from them.

However, the photographs confirm the loss of an entire battery of the S-400 air defense system, photos of the burnt-out launchers of which were previously published by telegram channels.
