Russian dictator Vladimir Putin can retreat and end the war against Ukraine under two conditions. We are talking about the partners’ firm belief in achieving victory for Ukraine and the lack of fear of the Kremlin leader, whom he feels like a “political animal.”

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba spoke about this in an interview with CNN . The official noted that as soon as he senses fear, the dictator becomes more aggressive.

“Our partners need a firm belief that Ukraine’s victory is achievable. And secondly, no fear of Putin. Because Putin is a “political animal” who feels fear,” the minister emphasized.

At the same time, Kuleba noted, if a dictator feels the strength that Congress, for example, demonstrated by accepting aid for Ukraine, he will be forced to retreat.

The head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry also thanked American legislators for approving the military assistance funding package. He emphasized that the price of Russia’s victory will be much greater than the price of supporting Ukraine today. Kuleba also noted that every delay in providing assistance is compensated by the lives of Ukrainian soldiers.

“Everything that we lost from the fall until today, we lost because our soldiers did not have enough weapons... We know what will happen if we lose, and therefore we will continue to fight,” Kuleba emphasized, adding that “ What’s at stake is the survival of the nation, the survival of the sovereign state.”
