Shmyhal: Ukraine is one step away from an invitation to NATO
Ukraine expects NATO members to decide on its membership bid at the next summit in Washington in July.
This was stated by Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, CBC reports.
“Our army operates in accordance with NATO standards,” he said.
At the same time, the prime minister said that Kyiv has carried out “all the necessary reforms, and now we are one step away from an invitation.”
