Ukrainian military called on residents of Vovchansk to evacuate the city

Ukrainian soldiers in Vovchansk spoke about the situation in the city, where massive shelling has been going on since the night and a Russian offensive is expected.

They say that the shelling has actually increased and the situation is tense. People are being urged to evacuate or stay in shelters.
