The US calls the situation of Ukrainian troops “incredibly desperate”

US State Department Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel called the situation of Ukrainian troops “incredibly desperate.”

They added that they hope that the American aid already arriving in Ukraine will be able to help the Defence Forces.
