Businessmen seize part of Tarutynskyi landfill of the Ministry of Defence in Odesa region

In Bolhrad district of Odesa region, businessmen seized a part of the Tarutynskyi military training ground of the Ministry of Defence.

The media learned about this from proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 197-1, part 1 art. 364 CC.

The violations were discovered on April 12, when officials from the Bilhorod-Dnistrovska KECh conducted an inspection of the territory of military camp No. 11. The presence of winter cereal crops was recorded on a land plot of approximately 12.72 hectares. These offenses were committed by unidentified persons inside the land plot of a military camp with a total area of 23,253.17 hectares. An act of discovery of the fact of unauthorized occupation/illegal seizure of a land plot was drawn up.
