AFU launched a missile attack on the Kerch ferry crossing: its work is blocked
On the night of today, May 30, the Ukrainian military launched an attack with ATACMS missiles on the Kerch ferry crossing, which was actively used by the enemy to support its group of troops in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine .
“It is worth noting that this object was covered by “modern” Russian air defense systems - “Pantsir”, “Thor”, “Triumph”. However, the missiles, which have been in service since the 90s of the last century, successfully penetrated the “newest” anti-aircraft shield of the invaders.” , - reported the General Staff.
According to the military, as a result of the attack, two ferries that carried out rail and road transport received significant damage.
One of them ran aground, blocking the functioning of the entire Kerch crossing.
The General Staff emphasized that thanks to the successful combat work of Ukrainian missilemen, the military logistics of the invaders on the peninsula was significantly undermined.
