Germany will transfer Patriot system and 500 million euros to Ukraine
On Friday, May 31, Germany announced that it would transfer another Patriot system to Ukraine. Our state will also receive 500 million euros in aid from Germany.
This was reported by the German Foreign Ministry.
"Strengthening Ukraine’s air defense remains critical. Germany is providing another Patriot system and an additional 500 million euros. Together we must maintain our unwavering support and commitment," the statement said.
It should be noted that there is no explanation yet as to whether this will be another system other than the previously promised one, but the €500 million package was announced yesterday, so there is a possibility that this is information about the previously promised Patriot battery.
