In 2023, Kateryna Ryzhenkova, Director of the Transfer Pricing Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine, became the owner of a new 83 sq m apartment in Kyiv., writes the VYI telegram channel.

The cost of the apartment is not indicated in the declaration.

This is quite logical, since with an annual income of 660 thousand hryvnia, this investment is unattainable for Ryzhenkova.

Therefore, there seem to be loans for 1 million hryvnia (2023-2024), which the owner of jewelry and church icons is in no hurry to repay. Let’s say more, she also borrows money from third parties. Looks funny. And even loans are not able to cover the cost of real estate.

An interesting fact is that on 02/24/2022 (the beginning of the war), Ryzhenkova, when everyone was hiding in shelters, also had a BMW X3 (2017), registered to Kateryna Kyselyova.

It was together with this person that Ryzhenkova also purchased an apartment of 271 square meters in Kyiv in 2020, which was valued at 746 thousand hryvnia.

But in the declaration for 2023, both the apartment and their own Mercedes ML 550 car disappear somewhere.
