Smugglers are now charging men up to $20,000 (800,000 UAH) so that a man can illegally go abroad, - the head of the Department of Strategic Investigations of the police.

The amount increased significantly after the adoption of the mobilization law. Until May 18, the average amount was 4-5 thousand dollars.
