
On the evening of Friday, June 7, Russian occupation forces attacked energy infrastructure in the Kherson region. The enemy struck a transformer substation in the Bilozersk community.
The head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, announced this in his Telegram channel . He posted about the attack at 8:53 p.m., noting that it took place "a few hours ago."
The RMA said that the Russians dropped explosives at the substation from a drone. As a result of the attack on the power facility, seven settlements in the Bilozersk district were left without electricity.
“Tomorrow, power engineers will begin work to return light to local residents,” Prokudin promised.
