Blackouts canceled in Ukraine today
Blackouts in Ukraine on Sunday, June 9, have been cancelled. Today there will be no restrictions for either the population or business.
“Today, June 9, the application of hourly shutdown schedules for industrial and household consumers is not predicted,” the message says.
As Ukrenergo explained, the reason for canceling the outages is a reduction in electricity consumption on the weekend and the return to operation of the nuclear power plant unit.
If the situation in the energy system changes, Ukrainians were promised to be informed additionally.
