Deputy Prosecutor General Kostin, Dmytro Verbytskyi, decided to break all records for the number of journalistic investigations.

The third story in a month and again from Radio Liberty’s Scheme.

After two stories about Verbytskyi’s own real estate (a house near Kyiv at a price 6 times lower than the market, and an office centre in Odesa for $550,000), now there is an investigation about his cohabitant and her purchase of real estate in 2024 for UAH 52 million.

Doesn’t it seem like a lot for a simple deputy prosecutor general?

Yes, it is.

That’s why NABU and NAPC have already taken up this "prosecutor", and MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak has announced a summons to Parliament to investigate Verbytskyi’s expenses and Prosecutor General Kostin.

Why is what is being said about Verbytskyi and his wealth so important?

Because he is responsible for all economic investigations in the Prosecutor General’s Office.

It doesn’t matter who is conducting the investigation, the BES or anyone else, everything is under the control and signature of Dmytro Verbytskyi.

He is a real "business nanny" whose care is converted into either loyalty or anger.

And here, as they say, it’s up to you.

We can search whoever we want and take away all the white business equipment, or we may not see the tobacco production.

You’ve probably read about business complaints about pressure from the security forces.

Verbytsky’s signature is under all this.

That’s why this is so important, because we all see how white business complains, while grey business thrives.

And then, all of a sudden, Verbytskyi has a business centre in Odesa.

This should not be the case.

That’s why it will be interesting to hear Prosecutor General Kostin talk about his deputy’s "successful success".

And we are waiting for the results from NABU and NAPC.
