The head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA, Serhiy Lysak, announced this in a Telegram .
“The Russians attacked Novomoskovsk. Now we know about two injured children,” the message says.
Lysak reported that the 3-year-old girl had a blast injury, abrasions and scratches. She is in hospital in moderate condition.
Another girl, 12 years old, has an acute reaction to stress. He will recover at home.
According to him, a fire broke out in the city. 9 residential buildings were damaged.
