“The greatest enemy activity since the beginning of the day has been observed in the Pokrovsk direction. Almost a third of all clashes today took place there. Currently, the total number of enemy attacks on the front line has reached 44,” the report says.

In particular, fighting is taking place in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Kalynove, Sokil and Novoselivka Persha.

“Seven attacks have been repulsed, eight are still ongoing,” the General Staff added.

The situation in other directions

In the Kupyansk sector, seven hostile assault attacks continued in the areas of Petropavlivske, Andriivka, Hrekivka and Nevske.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy became more active in the vicinity of Makiivka, where a battle is currently underway.

Moreover, the occupants are active in the Kramatorsk sector, namely in the area of Chasiv Yar. Two firefights are ongoing.

In the Kurakhove sector, the number of attempts by the aggressor to improve its tactical situation increased to six. All of them were unsuccessful.

In the Vremivsk sector, seven enemy attacks were repelled today, in particular in the areas of Staromayorske, Solodke and Urozhayne.
