The Ministry of Defence launched the chat bot "Army+"

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has launched a new chatbot “Army+” in the Telegram messenger. It was created to provide information support to military personnel and their families, as well as civilians.

The Army+ chatbot offers prompt answers to a wide range of questions. In particular, civilians can learn about recruiting, enlistment/de-registration, types of service, reservations, and other relevant topics.

Military personnel can receive from the bot information about salary and service, the right to education, prosthetics, assistance in case of injuries, rehabilitation, benefits, UBI status and a number of others.

The bot will inform the relatives of military personnel about sanatorium treatment and housing, payments, lists of TRC and MMC, assistance in case of death and burial, etc.

How to use the Army+ chatbot:

– follow the link to the chatbot;

– click the “Start” button;

– select a category: civilian, military, family member of a military personnel;

– select a question and get an answer.
