“Diya” will have not only marriage certificates, but also divorce and name change certificates, - Fedorov

Certificates of marriage, divorce, name change and birth will soon appear in Diya.

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in his Telegram channel.

Birth certificates will be pulled up by tax number; manually entering the series and certificate number will no longer be required. Documents will appear in “Diya” if they are in the State Register of Civil Status Acts of Citizens.

This will solve the problem when the mother changes her last name - and the child’s certificate does not improve because of this. And there will also be birth certificates even for adult children.
