Russian launch vehicles spotted in the Black and Azov Seas

In the Sea of Azov, as of the morning of Wednesday, June 26, the presence of two Russian ships carrying Kalibr-type cruise missiles and with corresponding weapons was recorded. The aggressor country also brought a ship into the Black Sea, but without missiles.

The Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this on Telegram .

The military clarified that the possible total salvo of missiles from the naval group of Russian invaders located in the Sea of Azov could amount to 16 missiles.

Thus, according to the Navy, as of 06:30 am the following were noted:

in the Black Sea - 1 Russian ship carrying Kalibr cruise missiles, without missiles,
in the Sea of Azov - 8 ships of the invaders, 2 of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles with a total salvo of up to 16 missiles.

But in the Mediterranean Sea there are no enemy ships.

The Navy also informed that during the day, in the interests of Russia, the passage through the Kerch Strait was made by:

to the Black Sea - 6 vessels, 3 of which continued moving towards the Bosphorus Strait;
to the Sea of Azov - 8 ships, 3 of them were moving from the Bosphorus Strait.

“The Russian Federation continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS) by turning off automatic identification systems (AIS),” the military said.
