If Trump knows how to end the war, let him say it today - Zelenskyy

As Zelenskyy noted, Trump must come up with his plan for an early end to the war in Ukraine. At the same time, he warned that any proposals should not violate the sovereignty of Ukraine.

“If Trump knows how to end this war, he should tell us today. If there are risks for Ukrainian independence, if we lose statehood, we want to be ready for this, we want to know,” he added.

The president also noted that he is “potentially ready” to meet with the Republican to hear proposals for ending the war.

“They cannot plan my life and the lives of our people and our children. We want to understand whether we will have strong US support in November, or whether we will remain on our own,” he noted.
