A yellow alert level has been announced in Kyiv: thunderstorms are expected

On Wednesday, July 3, weather forecasters announced a yellow danger level in Kyiv. Thunderstorms with thunder are expected.

Ukrhydrometcenter reports this. The danger level has also been declared throughout the Kyiv region.

“A warning about dangerous meteorological phenomena in the Kyiv region and in the capital. In the near future, with thunderstorms until the end of the day on July 3. And the danger level is yellow,” the weather forecasters said in a statement.

The Kyiv City Military Administration urged people not to be afraid of the sounds of thunder, to be attentive and careful.

“When an air raid alert is announced, immediately head for shelter!” – noted in KCMA.
