This was reported by the regional military administration and the regional prosecutor’s office.

According to the investigation, at about 08:00 the occupiers dropped explosives from a drone on two men who were on the street in Kherson. Both were injured and taken to the hospital in moderate condition.

RMA added that a 49-year-old man was wounded during another enemy shelling. He went to the hospital on his own, where he was diagnosed with a blast injury, a debris wound to the lower leg and a fracture of the lower limb. The victim was hospitalized.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched for violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
