"Tough" mobilisation in Dnipro shown online
In Dnipro, a man was stopped by police and TCC workers. During the "informing" he tried to escape, but was grabbed and put on the ground.
Once on the ground, the man began calling for help.
How the incident ended is not visible in the video, but local public pages write that in the end the man was dragged into the minivan.
