Russian troops dropped explosives on rescuers in the Kherson region in the morning.
According to the State Service for Emergency Situations, a fire broke out on the territory of the Bilozersk territorial community due to Russian shelling; during its liquidation, Russian forces dropped an explosive device from a drone onto a firefighter’s vehicle.
According to the State Emergency Service, rescuers managed to reach a safe place; no personnel were injured.
In total, within 24 hours, emergency responders extinguished 31 fires caused by Russian shelling: residential buildings, outbuildings, non-residential buildings, cars and warehouses were burning, the service adds.
