
In Washington, at the NATO summit, a meeting of the leaders of states that signed security agreements with Ukraine took place.
This was reported by the correspondent of " European Pravda ".
Following the meeting, the leaders of Ukraine, the United States, 21 other NATO states, as well as the EU and Japan signed the “Ukraine Compact” - a multilateral document containing obligations to support Ukraine.
The document aims to “accelerate collective efforts to meet Ukraine’s comprehensive security needs.” In it, signatory states undertake to fulfill their obligations under bilateral security treaties, namely:

The treaty is open for accession by other states. And it will act in parallel with Ukraine’s progress toward joining the EU and NATO.
