Ukrainians liable for military service will no longer be able to update their data through the Central Administrative Service

Military registration data will be updated in the TRC and through the Reserve+ application.

From Wednesday, July 17, administrative service centers (ASC) will not update the data of those liable for military service, conscripts and reservists. The speaker of the Ministry of Defence Dmytro Lazutkin announced this on the evening of July 16 during a telethon.

Lazutkin explained this by saying that the work of the ASC is “in no way” subordinate to the Ministry of Defence. He noted that from July 17, military registration data can still be updated using the Reserve+ mobile application and in territorial recruitment centers. The representative of the defense department noted that late update of data does not mean that fines will be issued and sent automatically.

Note that on July 17, the 60-day period expires during which Ukrainians liable for military service had to update their data. If a person does not update the data on time, he may receive a fine - from 17 thousand UAH to 25 thousand UAH. In addition, the violator may have his accounts blocked or his property or driver’s license confiscated. Lawyers explain that this is an extreme measure, but it is permitted by law.
