The occupiers are transferring reserves through Mariupol from Zaporizhzhya region to Donetsk region. It is possible that the Russian Federation has problems with the restoration of personnel.

This was reported on the Telegram of Advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushchenko.

“Again, for the second day in a row, we are recording a “reverse movement” - from the Berdyansk direction towards Novoazovsk and from the Polohy and Rozivka directions - towards the north of the Donetsk region,” he said.

As the mayor’s adviser notes, units are moving on new equipment and in columns.

“The absolute impression is that this is part of those units that were previously moved to the Zaporizhzhya region. The speed of passage from the first car to the last one is up to 30 minutes in city traffic conditions without escort, with military police escort - twice as fast,” Andryushchenko noted.

The official does not exclude that the Russians are experiencing a problem with the restoration of personnel, which prevents them from moving on to accumulating reserves to launch an offensive on other sectors of the front.
