According to Defense Express analysts, the unidentified drone is smaller in size than the Shahed-136. The wingspan is about 2.5 meters, the length is about 2 meters.
Over the past four days, air defense forces have shot down two Russian drones in Ukrainian skies, which have not yet been identified. The military portal Defense Express writes about this, having received a photo of the second downed enemy drone.
On the night of July 24, after the successful work of the Ukrainian Defence Forces, the drone fell in an open area and remained virtually unharmed.

The Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported that the Russian Armed Forces used 23 Shahed-type drones. 17 of them were shot down.
Analysts speculate that the unknown drone was identified as Shahed due to the fact that its flight profile and other markers pointed specifically to its similarity to the Iranian drone.
This is also explained by the fact that we are talking about a drone built according to the “flying wing with an internal combustion engine in the tail section with a pushing propeller.” It is also painted black with an additional camouflage pattern.

An unidentified drone of smaller dimensions compared to the Shahed-136. Its wingspan is about 2.5 meters, length is about 2 meters.
The size and type of its warhead, as well as all other parts and components, are assessed by specialists. Thanks to the fact that the drone remained almost unharmed, it will be possible to obtain a significant amount of information.
Defense Express analysts have noted a trend indicating that Russia is trying to expand production of Iranian drones. And besides the Shahed-136, one of the possible options will be the Qasef kamikaze drone, which was “glowing” among the Yemeni Houthis. It has already been patented in the Russian Federation.
