Situation at the front: 73 clashes occurred

Since the beginning of the day, the total number of military clashes along the entire front line has increased to 73.

According to the General Staff, the invaders continue to use aviation, in particular CABs, and carry out attacks in all directions of the east and south of our country, especially actively in the Pokrovsk direction. The defence forces hold the lines and take all necessary measures to prevent a breakthrough of the defense.

Russians continue to use artillery in Chernihiv and Sumy regions. The areas around Basivka, Miropillia, Turya, Volfine, Stepok and Sydorivka came under hostile fire.

Six combat engagements took place in the Kharkiv sector today. Our troops prevented three Russian attacks near Hlyboke and two attacks near Vovchansk and Tykhyne. Another enemy assault near Vovchansk is being repelled.

In the Lyman sector, the enemy is attacking in the vicinity of Makiivka, Nevske and Novosergiivka. In total, there have been 12 combat engagements in this sector since the beginning of the day, five of which are still ongoing.

In the Siversk sector, the occupants failed in their attempts to storm our positions near Verkhnekamianske and Spirne. A total of five attacks took place.

Fighting continues in the area of Andriivka in the Kramatorsk sector, where the enemy is trying to advance on the positions of Ukrainian defenders with the support of aviation.

In the Toretsk sector, the enemy attacked Ukrainian troops’ positions nine times with the support of attack and bomber aircraft. At present, fighting continues near Pivnichne and Zalizne.

The situation is the hottest in the Pokrovsk sector. Fierce fighting is taking place in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Novooleksandrivka, Vesele, Serhiivka, Tymofiivka and Yasnobrodivka. So far, the enemy has made 21 attempts to storm Ukrainian positions.

In the Kurakhove sector, one firefight continues in the area of Krasnohorivka. Nine enemy attacks were repelled near Heorhiivka, Paraskoviivka and Kostiantynivka.

In the Vremivsk sector, three enemy assaults towards Rozdolne were repelled. At the same time, the enemy continues to try to break through our defences in the direction of Kostyantynivka, where two enemy attacks have been repelled so far.

In the Orikhivsk sector, the situation has not changed significantly, with three unsuccessful enemy attacks repelled by our defenders. The invaders are actively using aviation in the areas of Mala Tokmachka, Kamenskoye, Pyatikhatki and Gulyaypole.

In the Prydniprovskyi sector, one attack by the occupiers was unsuccessful.

The command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is taking the necessary measures to contain the enemy’s advance and inflict significant losses on him.
