This was stated by the head of Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi.

“We have no right to relax: the damage to the energy system is impressive, and so are the challenges ahead of us. Heat above 30 degrees may still return, and then the situation in the energy system may change,” Kudrytskyi said.
