
From July 18, summonses in Ukraine can be sent by mail. It is considered delivered on the day of receipt of the corresponding postal item or on the day a mark indicating refusal to receive it is affixed.
A fake application "Reserve+" has appeared in Ukraine. It is being distributed by Russians, trying to collect personal data of Ukrainians. Deputy Minister of Defence of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko reported this on Facebook.
Ukrainians are asked to be careful, use only the official website "Reserve+" and not follow links that imitate the name reserveplus.mod.gov.ua and end in .top, .website, .org, etc.

Conditions for proper service of a subpoena
A summons is considered to be correctly served if the person liable for military service has signed its receipt, there is a video recording of delivery or familiarization with its contents, or a video recording of a refusal to receive or communicate with a person authorized to serve the summons.
According to the law, a summons can be issued at the place of residence, study or work on the street, stops, checkpoints and in public places.
If a reservist or a person liable for military service has not specified his address within 60 days, a summons is sent to his registered or declared address.
