Russian occupation forces continue to storm the indestructible Toretsk. Ukrainian defenders are putting up heroic resistance, repelling 79 enemy assaults over the past week.

During this time, the enemy carried out 1883 artillery strikes and drone attacks, but our warriors remain steadfast. Footage of what the city looks like now was published by the press service of the 32nd separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The active offensive of Russian troops on Toretsk began in mid-June. Constant shelling makes the city tremble, and the number of damaged and destroyed houses is constantly growing. The Russians are using their usual tactics - turning settlements into ruins.

Every day Toretsk experiences massive attacks by controlled aerial bombs. Over the past seven days, 118 CABs have fallen on the city, destroying high-rise buildings and leaving large craters in the asphalt. It is difficult to approach houses engulfed in fire - it is as if you are standing next to a giant blast furnace. Gas cylinders explode in homes, creating additional danger.

Most residents of high-rise buildings moved to basements. However, there are also those who guard their apartments to the last. The situation is complicated by the fact that the State Emergency Service detachments from neighboring Kostyantynivka cannot reach Toretsk due to constant shelling and the activity of enemy kamikaze drones. Over the past week, there have been 1,402 FPV drone strikes in the city.

Fierce fighting continues in the suburbs of Toretsk. The enemy has a numerical advantage in manpower and equipment, but our defenders hold the line on their land and repel the invaders. The fight continues with extreme effort, but the heroism of our soldiers knows no limits.
