
On August 21, the Russian occupation army attacked the village of Kozachya Lopan in the Kharkiv region. Rescuers pulled a woman out from under the rubble of the village council.
This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA Oleh Syniehubov.
"Rescuers freed a woman from under the rubble; she received minor injuries," he wrote.
The official noted that the rescue operation is ongoing.
Earlier, Syniehubov reported that the occupiers struck the village of Derhachi community at about 12:25. As a result of the shelling, the building of the village council was damaged. According to preliminary data, three people are under the rubble.
All relevant services are working on site, the official added.
