SSU and SOF fighters strike at airfield in Volgograd region

SSU fighters, together with the Special Operations Forces, carried out a strike on warehouses with CABs and fuel at the Marinovka airfield in the Volgograd region, which the Russians actively used for bombing in Ukraine.

After the attack, locals compared the military airfield to scenes from an apocalypse movie. Explosions at ammunition and fuel depots continued throughout the night and morning, creating columns of black smoke and causing powerful detonations.

A source in the SSU indicated that each such operation significantly reduces Russia’s air superiority and limits the enemy’s capabilities in the air.
