Missile strike and power outage delay trains in Ukraine
Due to power outages in several regions of Ukraine in connection with a large-scale enemy attack, reserve diesel locomotives have been withdrawn.
This was reported by the press service of Ukrzaliznytsia.
"All long-distance trains will continue to operate. There are also delays in suburban electric train service, power engineers are already working on site," the statement said.
At the same time, City Express in Kyiv and Dnipro operate according to schedule, the press service added.
Let us recall that on the morning of August 26, the Russian army launched another massive missile strike on Ukraine. Power outages began in Kyiv and a number of regions. In addition, Kyivvodokanal warned of a lack of water supply in a number of areas of the city due to the power outage.
In Odesa, there are also power outages; due to the power outage, the city temporarily suspended the operation of electric transport.
