3rd separate assault brigade showed unique footage of the counterattack in the Kharkiv region

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have launched an offensive in the Kharkiv region. On August 31, the press service of the 3rd separate assault brigade showed exclusive footage of the first battles from action cameras of fighters from the 1st mechanized and assault battalions.
"The infantry is destroying enemy dugouts. With fire rolls it is breaking through to the enemy’s trench line. The enemy is putting up fierce resistance and trying to encircle the assault groups," the post says.
The video showed that the counteroffensive operation took place on August 15. The ratio of forces was 2.5 to 1 in favor of the Russian Armed Forces. Despite this, the defenders managed to capture the battalion defense area, platoon and company strongholds of the invaders.
The brigade broke through the front line almost 2 square kilometers deep. The enemy suffered significant losses in equipment and weapons, 300 invaders were destroyed.
Major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and deputy commander of the 3rd separate assault brigade Maksym Zhorin "Mose" said that stabilization actions are currently continuing in the Kharkiv direction.
"After successfully carrying out assaults and liberating territories, it is now necessary to gain a foothold," the military man explained.
He noted that the enemy is constantly trying to regain lost positions, attracting more and more new resources. However, the Russian Armed Forces are successfully "wiping out" the defenders.
