The enemy attacked energy facilities in eight regions, – Ministry of Energy

Over the past 24 hours, the enemy has shelled civilian energy infrastructure in the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson and Chernihiv regions.

The press service of the Ministry of Energy reported this.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, due to shelling, a substation, as well as household consumers and a water utility, were cut off twice. In addition, a substation, consumers and the railway were cut off (there were no interruptions in train traffic). Power was restored using a backup scheme.

In Sumy region, as a result of the shelling of an overhead power line, a substation and household consumers in Kharkiv Oblast were de-energized. Power was also restored using a backup scheme.

In Poltava region, during an air raid alarm, an overhead power line was disconnected, resulting in consumers being de-energized. Power was restored.

In the Chernihiv region, overhead power lines were shut down due to shelling, resulting in 947 subscribers in 15 populated areas being left without power.

In Donetsk region, as a result of enemy shelling of the territory of one of the mines, equipment was damaged. At the time of the incident, there were no people in the mine. One person received medical assistance.
