Passersby recorded how three soldiers knocked a man to the ground and used force against him, then shoved him into a car.

One of the soldiers approached the people who were recording the event on video and explained that he approached the conscript to check his documents, but the latter attacked him.

Blood is visible on the face of the conscription officer.
