In the Cherkasy region, a woman who forged medical diagnoses to help men avoid mobilization was exposed. A doctor from one of the local medical institutions entered false information into the medical documents of those liable for military service, declaring them unfit for service.
She faces a fine or restriction of liberty.

Employees of the investigative department of the Main Department of the National Police in the Cherkasy region, under the procedural guidance of the Cherkasy specialized defense prosecution office of the Central region, informed the woman of suspicion of committing a criminal offense. The doctor is accused under Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — forgery in office.
If found guilty, the suspect faces a fine or restriction of liberty for up to three years. Additionally, she may be deprived of the right to engage in medical activities and hold certain positions for three years. The investigation is ongoing.
