The prosecutor’s office sent to court the case regarding the illegal enrichment of deputy Klochko

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office has submitted an indictment to the court against Member of Parliament from the "Servant of the People" faction Andriy Klochko, who is suspected of illegal enrichment.

This was reported by the press service of the SAPO, without mentioning the name of the person involved.

According to the information from "Slovo i Dilo", it specifically refers to Klochko.

"On October 3, 2024, the SAPO prosecutor submitted an indictment to the High Anti-Corruption Court regarding the accusation of a current Member of Parliament of Ukraine for illegal enrichment amounting to 11 million UAH," the prosecutor’s office reports.

As known, the court determined a preventive measure in the form of bail set at 12 million UAH with obligations for MP Klochko. He is also imposed with the following obligations: to appear at every summons; not to leave the boundaries of the city of Kyiv without permission; to report on changes in his place of residence and work; to refrain from communicating with witnesses in the case and to surrender his foreign passports for safekeeping.
