Ministry of Defence sent 70,000 summonses to "Ukrposhta," — Ukrainian Military Pages
The summonses generated by the registry are signed with the electronic signatures of the TRC chiefs and have a QR code that can be verified with a smartphone camera and the "Reserv+" program if desired.
It is not yet known how the selection mechanism for summonses works, but it was previously stated that it could be a "randomizer" that will randomly select from the conscripts who meet the mobilization requirements.
