The girl came for laser lipolysis under local anesthesia. The cosmetologist did not determine her weight and did not calculate the dose of the anesthetic.
In a short time, the cosmetologist administered 20 injections, exceeding the recommended concentration of the drug by at least 15 times. The client died on the way to the hospital.
