In the past, this man was a local entrepreneur; he was detained in Kakhovka. It is reported that before his death, he was subjected to brutal torture.

Russian occupiers tortured a local resident to death in the city of Kakhovka in the Kherson region. This was reported on October 9 by the Center for Journalistic Investigations, citing acquaintances and friends of the victim.

It is noted that the man was detained in Kakhovka. It is known that his full name is Zakabluka Volodymyr, and his date of birth is March 5, 1979.

"The occupiers brutally tortured the man, and as a result of the injuries sustained, he died. This happened in early October 2024," the journalists reported.

The 45-year-old resident of Kakhovka worked at the local branch of LLC "AT Cargill," which owns, among other things, an oil extraction plant in the city. From 2004 to 2008, Zakabluka officially engaged in entrepreneurial activities as a private entrepreneur, related to transport services and mediation in specialized trade.

Other details of the man’s death are currently unknown.
