In the Uzhhorod TRC, lawyer Oleksandr Peresolyak has been held for six days

Peresolyak wrote about this on his Facebook page.

«I want to remind you that on Wednesday police officers detained me (after previously following me for several hours) and took me to the TRC. There, my right to deferment and real health condition were not taken into account, and I was mobilized», – 

«They simply executed an order given to them by the regional TRC – to mobilize lawyer Oleksandr Peresolyak at any cost. Why they did this – there is one reason. Our association protects the rights of military service members and those liable for military service, which has caused serious dissatisfaction among the regional TRC leaders», – he explained.
