Zelenskyy: In Ukraine, the words "Ukraine must win" are being heard less and less frequently
The President announced this during the presentation of his program "victory plan" in the Council.
"Some began to dislike the word ’victory’," — noted the president.
In his speech, he also mentioned that Western partners are increasingly raising the topic of negotiations in private discussions, rather than "justice for Ukraine."
