The exploded car in the center of Luhansk contained Russian Major Dmitriy Pervukha. The occupier was eliminated.

"On October 18, around 11:40, a UAZ "Patriot" vehicle exploded in the center of temporarily occupied Luhansk. Inside the car was an officer of the Russian occupation army - Major Dmitriy Pervukha," the statement said.
According to intelligence, the perpetrator of war crimes was eliminated as a result of the explosion.
