
During the past day, the Defence Forces of Ukraine turned 170 units of military equipment and weaponry of the Russian Federation’s occupation army into scrap metal. Approximately 1,340 Russian occupiers were killed or wounded in the battles.
Overall, during the period of the war, about 678,520 personnel of the aggressor’s troops have been subtracted. Updated data on the enemy’s losses as of October 20 was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The warriors neutralized another 39 armored combat vehicles (a total of 18,111), 17 artillery systems (19,565), and 12 tanks (9,047) of the invaders.
In the sky, a Russian cruise missile (a total of 2,624) and 57 operational-tactical level drones (17,287) were shot down.
Additionally, 41 units of enemy automotive equipment and tankers (a total of 26,987) were destroyed, as well as three special equipment units (3,476).
Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Defence Forces of Ukraine have destroyed 1,232 MLRS, 978 air defence systems, 369 aircraft, 329 helicopters, 28 ships/boats, and a submarine of the Russian Federation’s army.
