The occupiers struck the Derzhprom building in the center of Kharkiv
The hit in Kharkiv was at the State Industry House (Derzhprom) on Freedom Square.
Local communities are publishing photos and videos.
The Derzhprom was constructed in the 1920s. It housed the Council of People’s Commissars of Soviet Ukraine when Kharkiv was the capital of the Ukrainian SSR.
It is considered the most famous example of Soviet constructivism. It is under the protection of UNESCO.
